    020900H, YD263534. RF/PF. Contacted unknown size enemy force and captured 5 Chicom grenades, 3 kilos of C4. Negative casualties.

 
     
 

     021240H, YD129732. 2/C/1-61 visually spotted TM-41 which was blown in place.

 
     
 

    021850H, YD137632. A/4-12 took AK-47 and 2 RPGs from unknown size enemy force and returned organic weapons fire. Negative casualties or damage. Area swept with negative results.

    031605H, YD359433. Ranger Team 15. Individual set off anti-personnel mine - - 1 US WIA. Area swept with negative results.

    041005H, YD119725. 1/B/1-61 found 2 buried TM-41s which were destroyed in place. At 1030H they visually spotted 2 stacked TM-41s which were blown in place. No recent area activity.

 
     
 

    041123H, 245537. C/3-5. M113 hit a 20 pound metallic mine cracking the hull - - negative casualties. Area swept at time of incident. No recent area activity.

 
     
 

    041320H, YD094678. 1/A/;-61 visually spotted sighted 3 PM-60 which were not planted or had fuzes set and were evacuated to S2/1-61.

 
     
 

    041800H, YD339432. Ranger Team 13 found a boobytrapped 81mm and at 1845H an anti-personnel mine, both of which were destroyed in place.

    051820H, YD338427. Ranger Team 13. Individual set off anti-personnel mine - - 2 US WIA. Team was extracted.

    081820H, YD098678. B/3-5. M113 set off an unknown type mine - - possibly mortar or Arty shell - - blowing off roadwheels on left, damaging final drive and hull - - 2 US WIA. No sweep was made prior to incident. Area swept following incident with negative results.
